We had a relaxing morning at TPYK with Laura Klain. She is not only the Director of the Hollis Social Library, she is also a Certified Life Coach who has been practicing Zen meditation for over 20 years. Mindful meditation can help reduce feelings of anxiety and worry by focusing on present breathing pattern and visualization. Our clients enjoyed the mindful morning practice so much they decided to move right into our Tai Chi exercises.
