We are pleased to announce That Place You Know, LLC will be providing an opportunity for caregivers, family members and loved ones to join together in a support group setting to discuss issues related to Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.
Our purpose is to focus on emotional support while sharing experiences, and will include discussions on education, nutrition, caregiving techniques and community resources.
